    Disappointing in what is a decent hotel, which I returned to as I had had a better experience before

    I booked this room as a Special rate...but this was not honored....! When I arrived in the room the air-conditioning was not working and I had to wait for a technician to come and fix it. The TV too needed adjusting. My room was the last in the corridor it was overlooking broken ducting and there were ferial cats walking past the window upstairs...also the security was not good as someone coming through the broken door/ducting could access my room through the sliding door. i closed the heavy curtains hoping nothing untoward would happen. There were a few broken handles in the room....which would be easy to repair. Otherwise the room itself was The room service was good and friendly, the room would have been much nicer overlooking the garden. The breakfast was OK. There was not enough fresh items and muesli....which is what i like in the morning. The shuttle, however was very organised and the trip there from the airport and to the airport the next day was well run and efficient and friendly.
