    It was Pleasant overall.

Location. Convenience of airport transfers. It’s clean and tidy.

Having to walk up a 100 stairs from drop off to the lobby entrance. Wish there was better drop off points. Plus, the toilets can be better. So congested right now And, I ordered room service coffee latte and they sent a horrible black coffee, no creamer. So weird
