    Avaya...we'll definitely be back!

    Great location with diagonal sea view. Quiet building. Safe parking. Modern decor. Comfortable king bed. Well-equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, stove top, oven, microwave & Nespresso machine. (An air fryer would be an added bonus 😉)

    The windows hadn't been cleaned prior to our check-in so we ended up cleaning the ones on the patio ourselves for the view. The shower drain needs cleaning out as the water doesn't drain easily, pools up and leaks out onto the bathroom floor. It's a tight squeeze getting into the parking bays so a large SUV would present a challenge

    Great location. Well appointed. Check smoking and renovation work before you book.

    Excellent location. Lovely furnishings. Cleaner was available and very attentive.

    The previous tenants had smoked (advertised as smoke free building) and the stench was overpowering despite best efforts of cleaning lady to address it. Had to leave every door / window open in winter, making it freezing! Also we were not told about renovation work next door so were severely impacted by noise making my work from home unpleasant.

    Very comfortable stay, really love the fact that we come home to a clean tidy house everyday. A lot of extra facilities

    Location, clean, modern, beautiful and comfortable

    It’s not cheap, the outside of the property looks completely different from the inside. Nothing wrong about it, car park is really narrow. Really hard to park. I read that a deposit is required which is fine, however there is another fee involved during check in verification process which add more to the total amount paid to the stay, and the total amount paid is already higher/more than other unit in the same building.

    great location. easy in and out of the unit, secure facility

    the bathroom was quite small and the shower drain was slow.
