Superb stay
The pictures dont do it justice... fabulous location and facilities. Extremely large bedrooms and wonderful hosts that greeted us late afternoon our flight delay. Very close to the Vatican. Will definitely stay again.

Ideal place to stay, especially if you need handicap accesibility.
We had an excellent stay here, especially because we were traveling with my 87-year-old mother, who has limited mobility. The ground-floor accommodations were ideal for her. She had no problems getting around and had no need to use the stairs to the second floor. Having a washer available was a huge convenience and allowed us to pack lighter for our trip. The hosts were very helpful and took the time to show us how to use the features we needed. The air conditioning also kept the main living area very comfortable, which was especially appreciated during the very hot weather in Rome. Overall, there were minor issues and definitely not deal breakers. For us, the accessibility, ground-floor living arrangement, washer, helpful hosts, and effective air conditioning made this an excellent choice. We would definitely recommend this property, particularly to travelers with mobility limitations.
There were a few ants noticed on the kitchen table and floor near the table, so that is something that could be addressed. The upstairs bathroom was also quite warm and had limited ability to cool due to the layout. That said, the warmth actually worked well for drying clothes on the drying rack. It was hot, but not unbearable in the evening, and the extreme heat in Rome was certainly a factor.

Appartamento a 10 minuti a piedi da piazza San Pietro e vicino anche alla fermata della metropolitana quindi facilmente raggiungibile. i proprietari sono stati molto gentili e accoglienti al nostro arrivo. l'appartamento molto carino e pulito, con due stanze da letto indipendenti e addirittura 2 bagni. e aria condizionata in entrambe le stanze. la zona è servita da bar per la colazione e ristorantini e ci è sembrata in generale molto tranquilla. assolutamente consigliato...e se tornerò a Roma sicuramente tornerò da loro!!

Buen ambiente
La ubicación es muy buena, la atención recibida, excelente. El lugar, en general, está bien, solo que el segundo piso es incómodo porque las escaleras son muy altas y dificultan subir equipaje. Ayuda a tener una agradable estancia.
