  Enjoyable few days in delightful Aveiro. Love it here and hope to return.

  The apartment had everything needed for our holiday. It was a few minutes walk from the hub and canals. Paulo was an excellent host.

  Know it's personal preference but the beds weren't too comfortable. Also we knew there wasn't a lift but we coped. Paulo helped with our luggage when we arrived.

  La ubicación

  Parece mucho mas grande en kas fotos que en la realidad y por suerte al final fuimos 4 en lugar de 2 como iba a ser en un principio, xq hubiesemos estado compartiendo cocina y cuarto de baño sin saberlo. Cobrarán por poner lavadora. El.olor del apartamento era muy desagradable y en la escalera y el portal también olía a cerrado. Tiene 2 claraboyas en el hall y wc y entra luz todo el día por lo que así que amanece entra luz sin poder remediarlo.

  Aceptable

  La ubicación es muy buena. El apartamento es amplio con buena luz, televisión en cada habitación y bien equipado. El anfitrión es atento, se preocupa por tu estancia y te da muchas recomendaciones.

  La accesibilidad al alojamiento no es muy buena, es un segundo sin ascensor, por lo que tienes que subir escaleras. Un contra si vas muy cargado o tienes movilidad reducida. La cocina está equipada con todo tipo de utensilios pero para nuestro gusto, podría estar más limpia. Por poner la lavadora te cobran 5€, algo que no había visto en ningún alojamiento.

  L'accueil avec un petit Porto 👍son hospitalité, nous a expliqué en détail les lieux à visiter. Lendemain un petit message pour nous demander si notre nuit s'était bien passée, rare son les hôtes aussi présents, juste avant je n'ai Vu personne 😔 un peu dommage tout par code digicode 😴 Franchement je vous conseille Paulo ou Paulino les yeux fermés.

  Bah Paulo était là pour me monter ma valise mais dommage absent pour la descendre 😂😂 Évidemment je plaisante rien tout était parfait

  10, but read my review

  The location couldn’t be better—so close to lots of restaurants and the river. At the price point, I rate this a 10. If the price goes up, I might feel differently. This apartment exudes “coastal vacation.” So much colorful art on the walls. It’s very cheerful. The owner is friendly and so helpful. He provided a lot of written tourist information and maps. The apartment has lots of windows and natural light. Truly, nothing has been forgotten! There are instructions on how to use the coffee makers, labels on some of the switches and outlets, ample towels, a cord to keep the bedroom door from slamming shut if it’s windy while the windows are open, and the kitchen is well-stocked, including some “leftover” food staples that we didn’t use. If, like me, you prefer a bit more minimalist approach, you can put some of the tourist information in storage while you’re there. One of the bedrooms also serves as the living room. This was fine with us, but it might bother some people.

  For some people, there will be just too much “stuff” everywhere! I don’t care for opened food left in a rental apartment. I would have preferred a separate living room.
