Great flat and excellent location!
Central location in the beautiful town of Stellenbosch, is a big plus! Surrounded by restaurants, bars & beautiful shops. Furnished well, beds are super comfy, with electric blankets, kitchen well equipped and a lovely balcony with a view of the mountain.
Garbage bins were collected twice whilst we were there and the noise and smell from this, early in the morning, is not that pleasant Parking in the basement garage, below the property is great to have, but the bay allocated to this apartment, is small and in an awkward spot

Location is perfect, fantastic mountain view on the balcony, comfortable beds and good air conditioning.
It wasn’t noisy the time we were there but I can see this potentially being a slight issue during university student events. However the back room will be fine and the front room noise can be reduced with the fan noise from the aircon
