Segunda vez que voy a este apartado y lo elegí por la estupenda situación y cercanía con la playa. El dueño muy atento en todo y trato muy personal para cualquier problema o necesidad. Contacto directo con él por móvil sin problema. Apartamento muy limpio, cómodo y con todo lo necesario para pasar una semana o en mi caso 10 días.

Die Lage ist perfekt. Das Apartment ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Es fehlt einem an nichts. Sogar eine Kühlbox und Utensilien für den Strand sind da!
Der fehlende Meerblick ist das einzige, was man bemängeln könnte, dafür stimmt aber der Preis!

Reingefallen in Las Palmas
Die Wohnung liegt ca. 50–60 Meter vom Strand entfernt. Man ist also schnell am Strand und an netten Restaurants. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber via WhatsApp war reaktionsschnell und die Schlüsselübergabe funktionierte problemlos. - ein sehr netter junger Mann. Die WLAN-Geschwindigkeit war akzeptabel.
Die Wohnung leidet unter einem Mangel an natürlichem Tageslicht und fehlender Aussicht. Dies begründet sich in der baulichen Ausrichtung der Fenster und der Terrasse hin zu einem internen Patio (Lichtschacht). Die Wohnung ist dadurch deutlich dunkler, als es die Weitwinkel-Aufnahmen der Vermarktung suggerieren – es ist wie eine dunkle Höhle. Die interne Terrasse ist von einem Hotel umgeben, so dass laute Außengeräusche bis tief in die Nacht zu vernehmen sind – ohne Ohrstöpsel geht gar nichts!!! Es gibt ein deutliches Geruchsproblem. Die Wohnung wirkt feucht; dies scheint ein strukturelles Dauerproblem zu sein. Eine Steckdose im Bad fällt von der Wand und die Farbe blättert von der Decke. Die Dusche ist in die Jahre gekommen. Im Sommer an heißen Tagen sorgen zwei fest installierte Deckenventilatoren kaum für thermischen Komfort. Die Wohnung wird als „impeccable“ (tadellos) und modern renoviert beschrieben – das ist eine Frechheit. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist trotz der Strandnähe nicht akzeptabel. Abschließend sei erwähnt, dass das Parken in dieser Gegend ein großes Problem ist.
