    Clean and quiet with good breakfast, the service was excellent and staff were very helpful and welcoming The location is very convenient for walking to city centre or the theatre and cascade and beautiful parks I will use the avenue 30 Hotel again and recommend it to everyone Thank you hotel avenue 30

    We were happily surprised with this hotel.. everything was perfect: new hotel nicely decorated, friendly staff, comfortable room, water, slipper and bathrobe in the room, delicious breakfast. They always helped us when we asked them.
