    Leider waren wir mit unserem Aufenthalt überhaupt nicht zufrieden. Wir hatten ausdrücklich ein Zimmer mit Doppelbett gebucht, bekamen jedoch ein Zimmer mit zwei getrennten Betten. Als wir dies an der Rezeption angesprochen haben, war der Mitarbeiter leider sehr unfreundlich und wenig hilfsbereit. Anstatt nach einer Lösung zu suchen, wurde uns sogar empfohlen, ein anderes Hotel zu suchen, wenn uns das Zimmer nicht gefällt. So ein Umgang mit Gästen ist aus unserer Sicht absolut nicht akzeptabel. Wir hätten uns einen freundlichen und lösungsorientierten Service gewünscht.
