Worst customer service
Its central near the new sugbo and has great restaurants nearby
Unit was poorly maintained. Customer service is the worst. We were not able to get into our room upon check in because they didn't inform us they transferred us to another room, we had to call them to find this out, in short they never cared. They didnt provide the wifi password, please note that unit has barely no reception at all. And when we called them out about these they never said sorry, no remorse at all!! Overall its a bad experience and definitely would not recommend to anyone.

Host never showed up, left us waiting for three hours, and completely ghosted us.
Unfortunately, we weren’t able to stay at the property at all because the host never showed up.
The host was a complete no-show and did not even have the courtesy to inform us that they weren’t coming. We waited for around three hours with all of our luggage and belongings, repeatedly trying to contact the host, but we were completely ignored and eventually ghosted. What made the situation even more frustrating was that the receptionist told us they regularly receive complaints about this specific host for similar issues. This was extremely inconvenient and unacceptable, especially since we had a confirmed booking and were left waiting without any explanation.

The place was nice! The selling point here is that it is located in IT park. Accessible to so many places and food spots. They also provide appliances you can use throughout your stay.
It's not that big of a deal but there were cockroaches crawling. a
