Comfortable apartment, perfect in every way, with a well-equipped kitchen and lots of amenities.
An hour before check-out a courier managed to get inside despite the locked door while I was in the bathroom and dropped the luggage of the next guest. A short while later I noticed a message from the owner saying that she tried to get inside right after but couldn't (because, well, I was still inside - and locked doors are kind of the point of rental). I'm not sure how or why any of this happened; definitely the most baffling situation I've had in a rented apartment (not to mention a 5 minute difference and we'd probably all meet in the hallway while I was getting out of the shower). I received an apology and assurances that it was a one-time mistake, but as much as the apartment itself was fantastic, it definitely overshadowed the rest of the stay.

Excelente apartamento
O apartamento é ótimo, grande, limpo e completo (lava e seca, cozinha, etc.). A anfitriã é muito atenciosa e gentil, passou muitas informações sobre o caminho e facilitou a entrega das chaves!
