UNEXPECTEDLY AMAZING
My stay at was nothing short of amazing. From the moment I landed in Phuket, this beautiful five-star property made me feel like I had stepped into a little paradise where I could truly unwind, recharge, and feel taken care of. The hotel has a wonderful resort-like atmosphere, with thoughtful details, beautiful spaces, exceptional food, and, most importantly, a team that makes you feel genuinely special. The rooms were absolutely heavenly. The comfort, space, and overall experience were beyond what I could have asked for from a hotel room. I spent most of my time at the property working and relaxing, and it was the perfect environment for both. There was something so comforting about knowing I could spend an entire day at the hotel and still feel like I was making the most of my holiday. The pool area deserves a special mention! The little shallow waterfall feature is such a lovely touch and makes the entire space feel even more relaxing. Whether you want to take a few laps, lounge by the pool, or simply sit back and enjoy the peaceful surroundings, it is the kind of place where you can easily lose track of time. And the food — where do I even begin?* The restaurant is wonderful for dinner, but breakfast was an experience in itself! I genuinely think I spent almost an hour just exploring and eating because there were so many options to choose from. It was equal parts fulfilling and overwhelming in the best possible way. There was so much variety that deciding what to eat became an experience of its own, and I loved every minute of it. Breakfast at Portosino was definitely one of the highlights of my stay. What truly made this experience unforgettable, though, was the hospitality. It was the little things that made the biggest difference. Without me even having to mention my birthday, the team surprised me with the cutest card wishing me a Happy 25th Birthday
