Avista is a beautiful hotel with lots of amenities right on the beach. I would recommend this hotel

I didn't have the breakfast, but ordered DoorDash to the room and there was plenty of options

I absolutely hated the parking. It took about five minutes to get up to the tippy top to find a spot during the off-season so I can't even imagine what it's like in summer. The parking underneath the hotel where you can stay for 20 minutes while you check-in is just as bad because there is absolutely no room to turn around to exit.

Tubs in bathroom is too high. My husband was unable to use to shower. Has had 2 hip replacements and back surgery. Need to change to walk in showers with bench.
