    Great location, disappointing apartment conditions.

    The location is excellent, right behind Pallas Beach, and definitely deserves a 8. Millie was extremely kind, welcoming and helpful. She made us feel comfortable throughout our stay, which is why I gave the staff a well-deserved 10. If the apartments are renovated in the future, we would definitely love to come back!

    Unfortunately, the ventilation outlets from the restaurant kitchens are located right next to the terrace. At times, unpleasant cooking smells and noise make it difficult to enjoy the outdoor space. The apartment itself needs a complete renovation. At night, both the fridge and the electrical distribution board are quite noisy. I would recommend replacing the relay in the electrical panel to eliminate the clicking noise. Unfortunately, the apartment was not properly cleaned before our arrival. The kitchen and kitchenware were dirty, which made us feel uncomfortable during our stay. I believe some poor choices were made when designing the kitchen, and unfortunately, the only real solution would be to replace it completely.

    L’emplacement est top, deux pas de la plage, 5min à pied du centre ville de Lindos Terrasse rooftop privée

    Le ménage peut être meilleur (sable dans la chambre à notre arrivée, poils) rien de grave mais peut être mieux

    A lovely little gem on Pallas Beach

    I absolutely loved Avli Beach View, the location was perfect, 2 seconds from the beach, it had everything I needed, the roof terrace was glorious in the sun overlooking the bay.

    Yes you can hear the air con from the bars next door but it really wasn't particularly intrusive, I imagine in the height of summer the bars might be noisier but they certainly didn't disturb me. Take ear plugs if you are super noise sensitive !! It's a bit of a treck to any car parking but via a lovely walk along the beach so really not a major issue.
