Casa abbastanza grande , pulita e tutti i comfort possibili . Eravamo 8 e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Il mare proprio difronte poche centinaia di metri c'è la spiaggia . Ottimo posto

Excellent house - would be a full 10 if not for the terraces
Spacious, modern, clean, and Paolo was very helpful and available to contact- good response time. Kitchen extremely well equipped, the house has everything you could need.
The terraces which are key selling points and one reason we booked this house are unusable - because of the 2 big air conditioning motors placed on the terraces, make it noisy and very hot from the motor- so in high season of the summer you are stuck eating indoors which is a shame because the view from the one terrace is very nice.

Would recommend and visit again!
Great holiday house with plenty of space, all necessary items, good description and well supported by the management. Location in Avola is perfect for day trips to the local highlights such as Syracuse, Noto or Cavagrande. We stayed with 4 people.
Only a very minor thing, the Parco Robinson nearby attracts a lot of young locals that love to have loud party till 3am. But close the windows and all is good.
