    A place to stay.

    Before we arrived in Lee on Solent, Karen called me to inform me on details for our arrival. When we entered our room, it was clean & welcoming, giving us a comfortable stay. The breakfast was delicious & enjoyable , a nice touch to having breakfast in our room. Thank you Karen, for a lovely weekend.

    A lovely stay in a very well equipped and comfortable room. Would stay again.

    A very warm welcome and a well appointed room with all that I required. The location was exactly what I was looking for and the locality was extremely quiet. I appreciated the off street parking which may be limited if the hotel is full.

    On the outside the hotel belied what was encountered once entering. A sign would be helpful. The outside would benefit from some work in order to make the place pop and better advertise the lovely place it is.

    Very convenient guest house, great location and good value for money.

    Breakfast was excellent, the owners friendly and helpful and the location was perfect, quiet and very near the seafront.
