    Adrian and Lorraine were brilliant hosts.

    The breakfast was exceptional with more choices than the majority of hotels and guest houses. Having Vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options was a bonus. The breakfast room was beautiful, large, airy and tastfully decorated. The proprietors had thoughtfully provided a range of helpful additions such as sos kit, sleep masks, bottled water as well as well stocked tea, coffee and hot chocolate.

    There was nothing that we did not like. The bedroom was smaller than anticipated but furnished imaginative and tastefully in order to create as much space as possible.

    Very clean place.the bedding was very fresh and clean.the house was smelling lovely and clean.

    Well served, loved it too . Staff where very lovely and kind.

    It was all I was looking for.

    Simply the best.

    My husband has mobility issues, hence why we chose this hotel, We had a ground floor bedroom with easy access. The room was most comfortable with excellant quality bedding, and furniture. Breakfast was 1st class. The staff were very welcoming and we found our stay most enjoyable. If visiting lfracombe again, this is where we would stay without a doubt.

    Well where to start, one of the friendliest welcome from Lorraine, open and honest from the get go.

    Everything was fabulous, ive travelled quite a lot but never had such a welcome the whole stay can't be faulted.
