Please note, the on-site bathroom is not available due to cleaning from 14:30-15:00 every day except Thursday and 10:00-15:00 on Thursdays. Guests arriving with a car are advised to drive early as roads to the property are through a mountainous area. Please note that public transportation between Matsumoto Station and the property is limited and guests arriving by public transportation are advised to check bus and train schedules in advance.Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. An accommodation tax per person, per night is not included in the price and must be paid at the property.
