    Good

Location was perfect, and the front desk staff were awesome. The rooms were clean, and sheets were bright white. A/C was a 10/10 in that Miami heat.

The furniture and patio furniture could be updated, I didn't even want to sit on it. Patio could use a good power wash. Shower curtain need to be changed and filter for water in the fridge. Also a full length mirror would be a plus.
