Small, Cozy, Affordable
It is small, but very cozy and comfortable. It really makes it feel like home having the different appliances and facilities. Having free Wi-Fi is also a big bonus. Host replied in a timely and kind manner.
The bed was a little on the hard side, maybe adding a layer of memory foam would make it a lot more comfortable, but it was okay nonetheless. Also, perhaps adding some dark curtains to the bedroom window would also be nice! :)

HORRIBLE....AVOID AT ALL COSTS :(
Nothing , it was terrible and the property owner would do nothing but deny there was anything wrong without coming to see what we were talking about. There was no remedy for the inconvenience. This was a horrible choice. We have non profit org clients from out of state that we will never recommend this place. It is not so awesome.
Coffee maker still has coffee grounds in it and kitchen was filthy, space is ALOT smaller than portrayed. No working heater. We froze all night and when the property owner was alerted the heater didn't work properly we were told there is nothing wrong with it. We followed the directions given to operate it. Listing showed 2 beds only comes with one and the couch is only big enough for one adult person to sit comfortably. Property owner became very defensive when we expressed conserns. We ended leaving a day early, spending more money and going to a hotel. The owner was dismissive of our concerns. Would not refund for the night we couldn't stay because of uncomfortably.

It was a great neighborhood, very quiet, and felt very safe. It was very clean and spacious, loved the spacious room of the shower. Provided a laundry basket so all used items had a place.
I felt there needed to be 1) instructions on how to use the heat/AC unit. 2) a cabinet or table top to place items when using the bathroom. 3) The mirror in the bathroom is a little to high for short people.
