    Very disappointing management response

    Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing stay. At check-in, I was initially given a room that did not match the advertised Premier King Room. After contacting Booking.com, the hotel eventually changed the room, and I appreciate Booking.com for their support. More seriously, during my stay I experienced an incident that made me concerned about my safety. Reception was informed and I was told that management would investigate and contact me. Despite several follow-ups, management never properly contacted me or explained what action had been taken. I was later promised that someone from management would meet me, but this never happened either. I eventually checked out without any proper follow-up. The way such a serious safety concern was handled was extremely disappointing and left me with a very negative impression of the hotel.

    Good hotel in a great location.

    The location was very central and the staff were very helpful.

    The rooms were very small especially the toilets.
