    Be mindful of the lifts.

Location is excellent. Walking distance to Pavilion and other mega shopping malls.

The lifts. They are poorly calibrated. My advice - check-out or aim to leave the building before 9am then you will be fine. My family and I left the room at 1030am, and waited 30 mins together with another family just to get on the lifts. We met many frustrated families, who complained about the lifts.

Reasonable stay at heart of KL

Location, high floor, clean room. Comfortable pillow. Comes with washing machine but couldn't find laundry soap.

Room too small for 4 pax. No satellite TV channel. Not so cheap compared to other rooms
