  Отличная вилла в отличном месте!

  Понравилось: 1) Чисто и есть всё необходимое: от мебели до техники на кухне и посуды. 2) Большой чистый бассейн и много полотенец. 3) Газовый гриль, которым достаточно легко пользоваться. 4) Несколько зон отдыха на улице: лежаки у бассейна, беседка со столом, отдельный большой обеденный стол и зона с сиденьями у гриля. 5) Есть уличный душ, в котором можно смыть песок с моря. Очень удобно! 6) Очень близко к морю — меньше 2 минут спокойным пешком. Выход сразу к маленькому уютному песчаному пляжу. В 10–15 минутах пешком есть также большой пляж с лежаками. 7) Меньше 2 минут пешком есть магазин Ayia Thekla Supermarket, где есть всё: от детских игрушек и сувениров до охлаждённого мяса для гриля. 8) Велком-бутылка вина и подарочек, а также привезённые на следующий день одеяла и пододеяльники в нужном количестве и без доплат. 9) Самостоятельное заселение, нас заселили раньше времени и согласились на более позднее выселение.

  Не понравилось: 1) Уличная гирлянда включалась только по расписанию в 22:00. Чтобы это изменить, нужно было куда-то звонить и просить изменить расписание. 2) Мусорная машина не забирала по вечерам мусор, в итоге его пришлось собирать, потому что коты его разворошили. 3) Damage deposit нельзя было отдать наличными, только переводом на счёт в кипрском банке. Без карты европейского банка это превратилось для нас в целый сложный квест с поиском человека, который сможет сделать этот перевод за нас. 4) Пластиковые бокалы. На вилле был 1 стеклянный и несколько пластиковых бокалов. Мы не против пластиковой посуды вообще, но хотелось, конечно, бокалы из стекла 🙂 5) Письмо с правилами проживания, которое довольно ггрожающим тоном сообщало, что ничего нельзя. Можно было написать всё то же самое, но другими формулировками: пожалуйста, не оставляйте грязную посуду и мусор при выезде, т.к. это повлечёт дополнительные расходы при уборке.

  Very disapointed.

  Pool garden area was lovely and big. Which what attracted me to this villa and on the photos was real nice. Manager was lovely and on hand got a new fridge freezer asap as a family of 6 haveing stay for 10 days was needed also great location.

  Soon as we arrived everything looked lovely, the next day went shopping at big super market. Put food in fridge freezer to realise day after everything was spoiled.it didnt work.! Then the toilet and shower downstairs didnt work properly wouldnt flush and the light in there is terrible. Now due to the toilet was all sewage coming up from the drains and out side shower and protenrially escriment flowing into the pool at first i asumed the smell was cat poo by few days in noticed it was not then to top off used the washing machine and made my clothes really smell. Didnt work and tripped the electric didnt realise was washer for almost half day with no electric the villa wasnt clean the wifi didnt connect the tv in room dont work. Cracked steps in the garden the place to be honest could do with deep clean a maintinnance and modeniseing says luxury villa it is not. And i come to this villa as was getting married in ayia napa. If coming for few nights no issues maybe cockroaches in cubourds all over the floor in your rooms. But 10 nights far to much not to have the place as discribed.

  Villa not as advertised. Poor experience only made tenable by not being in the property constantly. Should reasonably ex

  Good location and pool.

  Fridge / freezer only worked intermittently, some food had to be thrown away. Insufficient gas available to use the stove, had to contact the management company lady to bring some. Spare bottle was also empty. Neighbours making unreasonable noise all three nights of our stay, including waking me up at 0345 for the day one morning. Complained to the villa rep, was told the neighbours were out when she went round. Neighbours noisy again that night into the early hours. Both villas managed by the same company. Rule number two expressly forbade such noise. Downstairs shower head fell off the wall the first time it was turned on. Wasn’t replaced and couldn’t use it during our stay meaning seven people to the one upstairs shower. No air conditioning in living room. Kitchen air conditioning had to be used instead and this was on a two hour timer max. Person sleeping in living room had disturbed sleep as a result. Sofa was in no way a sofa bed as advertised. Advertised as a luxury Villa but there were around 20 issues with the property ranging from a footprint on the wall, cracked mirror, loose shelving, multiple scuffs, holes in two doors, etc. Villa rep had no idea most of these issues existed - when was the last time the property was checked for damage and things fixed???? Entry Condition Report mentioned in arrivals pack was missing. Had to ask the rep for this. Poor Wi-Fi in most of the property.
