    Very friendly and supportive all staff members, good tasty breakfast, big shop within 7 mins walk, tea in the room, 1 0.5 l bottle of water every day for free, I recommend to stay in half-luxus room with the balcony

    The size of some Standart single rooms was the smallest I have ever seen in my life, the mattress was awful, no space for legs when you sit on the toilet; also very very small shower, I was not lucky to have a normal room but super small, and as hotel was overbooked, I could not change it; after 5 days I managed to change to half-lux with additinal cost which was much much better, and for that I had to check out and wait for a room to check in again, was not convenient but at least I had a better room, would be great to have a chance to see the room in advance as on the pics I saw on booking you see different rooms and some are better, so you make decision based on good pics, in reality you may end up in some terrible room; several days we didn't have light but not because of the hotel, but local issues, at least the light was at the reception/restaurant to charge the phones; also the big dog was barking like crazy at night from the neighbor private house, so could not sleep there

    Incorrect information about breakfast hours on weekends. Breakfast starts at 8:00 AM on weekends, instead of 7:00 AM on weekdays Broken hairdryer Cold property
