Excellent, except the room quality
the food, all the facilities the beach and everything else was amazing
The only two issues were the condition of the room (we asked to change our first room because of mould) and the air conditioning in the second room, which we asked to have fixed three times during our 10-day stay. The staff always came and addressed the issues straight away, but unfortunately, the fixes didn’t last long.

Perfect as usual

Amazing family hotel, great beach, big safe pool for children
Great location, excellent for children and families. Beach was amazing, super fun for playing in the sea and safe during low tide, wonderful spot for families. Food on site was okay, but a five minute walk to great restaurants and bars with good food. The hotel pool, and facilities didn’t feel too busy considering how many room, due to the great expanse of land and how the hotel and facilities are placed, it doesn’t feel too busy, which was great and located off the main walkway, was nice and private from the main walkway. Bed very comfortable. Rooms nice size. Staff were very helpful, kind and friendly.
The smell of the air conditioning in the room was unpleasant. Moved rooms. The same smell in the second room. Offered another room and the smell was still bad so didn’t move. It was bearable. But something the hotel should look at. Would not rate as 5 star bc of the smell and the room needed a renovation refresh.

Это был лучший отель в моей жизни! Великолепно абсолютно все. Замечательный персонал, замечательная территория, безумно все зеленое и красочное, океан рядом, можно брать уроки серфинга.При заезде угощают яблочным соком, есть вода для чистки Зубов и для питья
