    Used condoms and rubbish lying at front door

    Location 3 toilets

    Wheelie bins overfilled which are at the front door, rubbish lying on ground, used condoms lying at front door. Was reported to host but done nothing about it. Smoke alarms went off at 2 am, again reported it but no response. Black rubbish bags at back door, Had to use back door as used condoms at front door isn't what I want my children seeing.

    There are few areas that could be improved to make this excellent such as ensure cutlery is clean, there’s damage to plug sockets, litter all could be sorted

    The property is was pleasant when in, although the rubbish outside and the rubbish storage in the flats directly opposit

    The property was comfortable and clean inside.

    The black bin outside was overflowing with rubbish and this had blowed are over the road. There an electrical box broke with wires hanging out also. The first impression was very poor. The property inside was clean. The downstair toilet door did not lock and there was no shower screen I. The main bathroom so having a shower was problematic.
