Постоянная связь с владельцем решила все вопросы по попаданию в апартотель Можно сказать что это было не путешествие -настолько домашняя обстановка Просматривается работа дизайнера в ремонте Каждая вещь на своём месте Каждая розетка с максимальным функционалом в размещении Кондиционеры в спальной и холле Высота потолков под 3.20 создаёт достаточный кругообмен воздуха Кофемашина,тостер,микроволновая печь,посудомоечная машина, Стиральная машина если кому это надо -всё в наличии В ванной комнате именно так надо сказать унитаз и беде,душевая кабина и блок мебельный на 2м с умывальником Как положенно полотенца тапочки и прочее Аптечка и огнетушитель Очень приятный декор на стенах в полутонах создаёт уютную атмосферу. На полах паркет Кровать 1.80х2.00 ортопедика Плюс карта памяти Очень мягко и комфортно Терраса смотрит во внутренний дворик аутентичной Италии Всё очень хорошо Поблизости три продуктовых магазина в 3мин ходьбы Объект в старом центре Всё в пешей доступности Оцениваю на ОТЛИЧНО

There was only one bowl and no plates for the two of us. Luckily, we ate out most meals for the few days we were there.

Spacious, clean, and well equipped apartment, ideal for a couple wanting to explore Bologna
Nice apartment with everything we needed. It's spacious, clean, and well equipped. It's located in a nice neighborhood in walkable distance to many of the attractions. However, it's on the opposite side of the city from the train station, so if you travel by train, you may find it too far to walk if you have a suitcase. That being said, the neighborhood offers several very good restaurants, and we appreciated the short walk to visit a couple of them. In short, this apartment is ideal for a couple wanting to explore Bologna.
During our visit there was ongoing construction work in the building, periodically making a lot of noice.

Very roomy. Well equipped and comfortable. Short walk into centre. Great place to stay
It was great having a terrace, but we didn’t use it much, otherwise lovely apartment
