Localização excelente
Estacionamento é difícil. Apartamento é antigo, e precisa de algumas remodelações, alguma tomadas de eletricidade não funcionam, e a máquina de café também não funcionava. É um 1 andar sem elevador e nas escadas encontramos sacos com lixo. Apesar de tudo ainda é um apartamento confortável e serviu para o propósito.

CASA CON TIEMPOS MEJORES PERO CON POTENCIAL PARA MEJORAR
La ubicación es lo mejor, cerca del centro, restaurantes y tiendas y farmacia para pasear por la noche tranquilamente.
En general tanto el mobiliario como el equipamiento en general, tuvo días mejores. Deberían darle un repaso y actualizar aunque sea poco a poco, incluida la caldera.

Hervorragende Lage und völlig problemloser Ablauf via Schlüsselkasten. Sehr große Wohnung. Bequeme Betten.
Entlang der Terrasse führt der Abzug des darunterliegenden Restaurants. Das macht so laute Geräusche, dass wir die Terrasse quasi als unbenutzbar wahrgenommen haben und das war auch im Schlafzimmer hörbar, bis die Küche geschlossen hat. Am Morgen lief zwar der Abzug nicht, dann wurde aber im Nachbarhaus gebaut (das ist natürlich nur ein temporäres Phänomen, uns gar das nun aber getroffen). Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, aber die wirklich uralten Leder-Sitzmöbel riechen sehr muffig und wir haben uns darauf nicht hingesetzt/wohlgefühlt. Das Fazit ist also durchwachsen, die Lage ist topp und insgesamt haben wir uns sehr gerne in Ponta Delfada aufgehalten und einen super Urlaub verbracht.
