localização muito boa com opçoes de estacionamento muito perto. casa grande e espaçosa. muito confortável. recomendo vivamente. excelente
a limpeza estava mediana, e a tampa da sanita no wc inferior está solta. Outra situação a melhorar será a insonorização dos quartos do lado da estrada através de caixilharia melhor.

Falta aire acondicionado en uno de los dormitorios. Tendría que contar con más menaje, no hay exprimidor, paños de cocina, alguna olla y sartén más...

Spacious and great location but needs proper cleaning before next guests occupy the apartment.
Location was close to what we were looking for. It was spacious and had a nice pool table
Wasn’t clean, which was disappointing. Specially the bathrooms had lots of limescale, as did the sinks. Beds didn’t have any over mattress, making everyone of us feel the strings in the bed. Not very comfortable. Linens and towels were very well used. Lots of humidity in the living room.

Really enjoyed our stay the location was great being close enough of a walk to the center and easy enough to park. There is free parkign ont he road which we did around 50% of the time, but this carpark https://maps.app.goo.gl/PU35uHmoJ7Gbnm8a8 always had space. House is well decorated, spacious and feels nice to be in. the humidity of the island has obvioulsy been a constant battle for all property in the azores!
The front door needs a bit of maintenance, effectively only closed on the latch. Was safe, but given it open to the road a double lock would have been preferred.

Good location and easy paid parking, house has a modern feel very nicely restored older building that they did a great job on. We would highly recommend this and would not hesitate to stay again
