Suciedad y pasotismo
Las camas eran comodas, tenia aire acondicionado, la cocina estaba equipada y la ubicacion era muy buena
Estaba muy sucio, habia telarañas por todos los sitios, lleno de cucarachas, hasta ratas por los alrededores. Se nos fue la luz durante 12 horas y otro dia hasta tuvimos cortes de luz. Hablamos con la casera y ni nos contestaba. Fue muy frustante.

Casa grande y muy bien decorada con buena ubicación.
Casa grande y amplia, cerca de la autovía y acceso a todas las direcciones. Aunque este pegada a la autovía no molesta por la noche. Aparcamiento privado dentro de la finca, barbacoa y bañera de hidromasaje.
La cocina ya necesita un cambio. Utensilios sucios, muebles sucios, se nota que tiene muchos años ya.

The value for the property is exceptional! Location for us was perfect. Little details go a long way (plenty of toilet paper, dishwasher and laundry detergent, beach towels, firewood) all those things saved us time and gave us comfort. Very clear instructions and communication.
The only thing that wasn't great was the one way road to approach the property, that the owner can do NOTHING ABOUT, the only thing they can do is warn the customers about it and to be careful.

Desconfortável
Perto de Ponta Delgada e do aeroporto.
Muito ruído pois está localizada mesmo ao lado da via-rápida que se ouve principalmente de noite. A limpeza deixa a desejar, cabelos no ralo do chuveiro. Falta de toalhas de banho. O bidé não corria água. Casa bonita mas falta um toque profissional para ser um AL de topo.
