Nice experience
the location is excellent. the hosts, Lusine and Diana, are incredibly kind, nice and always ready to help, ensuring a comfortable and safe stay. The common areas and rooms are decorated with the elegance of an art gallery; the space is filled with a pleasant fragrance and thoughtful details that help soothe the upset during travel. It was a truly satisfying stay.

A comfortable stay with exceptionally kind hosts
- Lucine and Diana were both very kind and helpful. - The shared kitchen was very convenient, with tea, coffee and snacks available at any time. - The guest house was clean. - The shower was excellent, with perfect water temperature and pressure. - The location was very good. - The room was very comfortable and practical, with a small table, a desk and a mirror. It felt like being in my own room.
- Subway noise could occasionally be heard. - The bathroom was a little small. - Three out of the six lights in the room were not working, making it a little dim.

Fantastic hotel
Wonderful apartment and a great location. Our host Lusine was extremely helpful and went out of her way to make sure that we had a comfortable stay. The room was clean and comfortable. Diana made a fantastic breakfast each morning which was of the best I’ve ever tasted. Really lovely place and wonderful people
