    Not suitable for families with Kids

    The view from the home is good.

    It’s very hot daytime. No Aircond so you need to keep the windows open for air ventilation. My 2 years old daughter nearly fell out of the opened window which had no grills. The windows are just above the sofa and bed and easily accessible by kids. I checked-out immediately after checking-in. And also Booking.com stated check-in time is 2.00 pm but was told by the host is 3.00 pm. Not recommended for families with children.

    Close to town, comfortable, feels like home, has netflix, fully equipped kitchen, clear view of mt.kinabalu (but it's behind the house, not at the front).

    Steep and narrow road. But we hired a driver, so it's not really an issue to us.

    A comfortable stay, on a slope of a hill, with a stunning view of mount kinabalu.

    Location just off the main kundasang road and near eateries. Clean & comfortable 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, small kitchen & living room. On the slope of a hill, so you get a nice view of mount kinabalu. No airconditioning, because the temperature is already cold/cool!

    Need to drive up a steep slope on a narrow road to get from the main kundasang road to the property. The homestay is within the local community, which is a nice experience, but the neighbours houses are very close by.
