    Definitely worth the money

    I arrived at the hotel very late at night with no booking and a bit of a state as my friend was taken into hospital. The staff were amazing and were so kind and welcoming.

    Ruined my birthday weekend.

    I travelled an hr to my stay at Aztec (late bday present to myself) I regularly go to this spa hotel. Upon arrival I was told the spa is out of use and I could not make a reservation for the restaurant as it was at capacity. So I paid over £200 for a single night where I couldn’t do anything apart from stay in my room. A refund or part refund I think is necessary on this occasion as I will not be back until this is acknowledged. Also £20 for a breakfast is insane.
