    Nice house, would recommend

Nice house suited our needs as a family of 6 on a short holiday to Derby visiting family. Kitchen well stocked with utensils, tableware etc. Nice park and playground about 5 minutes walk from the property which our kids loved. The area seemed to be quiet, no issues with noise etc during our stay. Check in/check out all went smoothly with contact from staff to ensure all was ok. We would be happy to recommend and would stay again when visiting Derby.

Convenient for a good location in a short notice. Parking area and quiet location .

Very hot in the kitchen and top floor All the flooring are noisy when you step on it from first floor to top floor including stairs Matress could be better On the add say newly furnished but it is miles away... taps ,fitting and bath all old and a little outdated Overall conditions are ok if you don't expect top of the range experience ( sofa arms is broken and the stain on the ceiling in the living area is still visible ) Kids have enjoy the house and time spend together..
