Wunderschöne Anlage, tolles Personal - leider Baulärm
Zuerst einmal war das Personal sehr, sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Hotelanlage selbst ist ein Traum. Alles sehr gepflegt und sauber, auch die Zimmer, wer sich für Natur und die kleinen Tiere interessiert, ist hier genau richtig. Die Lagune direkt am Hotel, ein toller Pool mit Ausblick und überall fliegen Vögel, laufen Echsen herum, einfach toll!
Wir waren außerhalb der üblichen Reisezeit dort und diese Zeit nutzte der Hotelinhaber, um Renovierungsarbeiten und Sanierungen durchzuführen. Leider hatten wir somit an den 4 Tagen, an denen wir vor Ort waren, von 8 Uhr morgens bis 20 Uhr abends Lärm durch Stemmarbeiten, Hämmern und Geräusche der elektronischen Fliesenschneidmaschine. Mit Entspannung und Ruhe hatte das leider nicht so viel zu tun. Auch weil nur wir und drei andere Personen im Hotel waren, haben sie den Restaurant-Betrieb am 2. Tag eingestellt und empfahlen uns das Nachbar-Hotel. Man kann verstehen, dass solche Arbeiten in der Nebensaison durchführt werden, aber dann sollte man das Hotel schließen oder wirkliche geringere Preise aufrufen mit dem Hinweis, dass es Baulärm geben wird.

Beautiful location, great rooms, restaurant not so good
- beautiful huge room - good air-conditioning - wonderful shower - great Location at the lake
the restaurant wasn't to our liking, service was quite bad; some drinks weren't available, plus, we had to ask for orders several times and remind the waiter; breakfast which is included in the price is poor; prices for food and drink are rediculous; go next door to Solana Hotel - their restaurant ist absolutely great and service spotless
