    Value for money and customer care wer not as expected.

    The location is peaceful with just a few neighbours and a short drive away from Conil and beautiful beaches.

    The pictures don't fully match the property. It seems to have been freshly painted on the inside, but furniture, the shower and also the outside seem to have had better days. For us it was not to the standard that we would expect for this price. During our stay water was the biggest challenge during our stay, though: When we arrived we only had boiling hot water, which got fixed after a couple of hours by the property management team. But on our last day we didn't have any water at all. So there was no chance to shower or use the bathroom before we checked out. Also, the communication on the last day has been pretty poor and after having been told to "give them 30 minutes to find out more about the issue" I have never heard back. We then left at checkout time without shower or response. The final straw for us was that we had dog poo in the garden and on the last day on our private walkway from the car to the terrace - this can happen, but really not great when there is no running water...

    We absolutely loved our stay. The location is fantastic — incredibly peaceful and right in the heart of El Palmar, while still being perfectly located to enjoy the beach and explore the area. The house was lovely and had everything we needed for a really relaxing few days. It was our first time in Cádiz and we couldn’t have asked for a better base. Would definitely come back!
