    Great lodge in a fantastic location

    Lovely lodge in a great location. Comfortable sofa and bed. Really liked the bifold doors and decking. It was very relaxing coming back after a long day walking our dog on the beach

    The emails from The Bay where the lodge is based weren’t customer focussed. We’ve previously booked direct with owners at The Bay and wasn’t expecting the style and volume of communication we received from The Bay. We received too many emails and text messages telling us what we had to do or couldn’t do highlighted in different colours and capitals. They’ve taken automation too far and need to rethink how they communicate

    Very restful

    The property was great. Just didn't like the position and the beach was a lot further away than quoted. The on site restaurant got very poor reviews

    Nice modern accommodation near the beach and a lovely 45 minute walk down the beach to Filey.

    Modern small property, fully equipped kitchen, easy parking, quiet, great beach access.

    No handsoap provided in either bathroom which I thought wasn't acceptable considering the cost of the accommodation. Pillows very poor quality/flat- best take your own!
