    Worst unit ever had

    The location was very good, next to the Paradigm mall, very handy for shipping and plenty of eating places.

    The unit is spacious, but it needs to do lots of maintenance work. This unit is different to the pictures it shows on the booking.com site. When we arrive in the unit, nothing has been cleaned and prepared for the arriving guests. The kitchen is very dirty, looks like hasn't been cleaned for a while after used. The beds are not made properly, there are washing still running inside the dryer. The window curtain has big stains, the sofa has stains on every seats and is not the sofa that shown on the photos. Two out of the three remote control for the air-conditioning is not working. When we contacted the unit manager Oscar he said will sent the cleaner to do the cleaning but only some from the same floor came to change the battery of the remote control..I do think the unit manager need to check the unit himself after the guests left to see the actual conditions of the unit before making it available for the next guests. This is the worst unit we ever booked through booking.com (we have been with Booking.com for over ten years) and hope this unit will get delisted from this site.

    The TV was not working well. So no watching tv during the stay.

    We had a good stay and felt comfortable. The location is great and convenient with the mall nearby with lots of restaur

    The location and the size of the space is great.

    The sofa needs to be cleaned or replaced as there were too much stains on it.
