    Ottima posizione e qualità prezzo

    Non abbiamo mai visto l'hostes ma ci è stato sempre per ogni problema, ha sempre risposto e risolto. L appartamento è in una posizione centralissima. È nei vicoletti in una zona pedonale, quindi non raggiungibile con la macchina ma comunque ci sono parcheggii pubblici a pochi minuti a piedi. La zona è ben rifornita bar e ristoranti per qualcosa di pronto ma anche supermercati e market. Lenzuola, asciugamani, condizionatore, asciugacapelli top, lavatrice, lavastoviglie e microonde con tostapane e bollitore. Fornito anche di bagnoschiuma e detersivo per stoviglie. Non abbiamo cucinato ma sono disponibili anche le stoviglie per farlo. Struttura nuova ristrutturata, spazi adeguati. Il locatore ci ha fornito anche indicazioni su come raggiungere (a piedi) l alloggio e dove buttare la spazzatura. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

    Purtroppo l'unica pecca è l'odore sgradevole proveniente dalle tubature del bagno che si espande per tutta la casa e, di sera fino a quando non chiude il ristorante di fronte, non si può aprire il balcone che affaccia sul corso. Abbiamo comprato spary ambiente e abbiamo tamponato cosi.

    Comfortable, clean and convenient location.

    Location for beaches, restaurants and activities ia really great and free street parking nearby - for short car trips to water parks and Moint Teide. Rooms were also comfortable and the place was clean. Food at all local restaurants we tried was great and affordable.

    Most nights the restaurants and street outside is noisy. Don't plan on sleeping before 23:00.
