  Pessimo riguardo l'alloggio

  Mi e piaciuto solo il ristorante,abbiamo cenato era buonissimo e il punto della struttura . Lo chalet assolutamente sporco ho riferito alla reception mi hanno cambiato la camera ma sporco pure l'atro e un peccato perché il luogo e bellissimo,ma l'alloggi tenuti malissimo e necessitano un bel po' di manutenzione . Il prezzo e caro per quello che ho trovato . Se si chiama x una prenotazione alla reception ti dicono il doppio di booking,secondo me personale non adatto a rispondere alle chiamate .

  Beautiful views

  Beautiful place, top of the range renovations, staff were very friendly and accomdating. During our stay they were like family 🙂. Food at restaurant was excellent. Would probably book again if there was a shuttle service to and from the village

  The add said they would provide transport to vizzini, was dissapointed as too far to walk into village uphill all the way. One staff said he would take us when his shift finished and pick us up later on, but we didn't want to impose on his time. If they could provide a shuttle service to and from the village, it would be beneficial. Just too far out the way if you don't have your own transport

  Really liked the new accomodation. I think we may have been the first guests to use the rooms, as many appliances were not unpacked Amazing service by accomodation staff member (cannot remember his name) who helped us with our luggage on our departure morning.. He was extremely friendly and so so helpful.

  There is quite an unwelcoming manner to the staff who are connected to the restaurant and oversee the accomodation bookings. There seemed to be a real disconnection and disharmony, which was really quite disappointing. Unfortunately, in comparison to other hotels the accomodation was quite expensive. It included breakfast but as we had to leave early in the morning to get to the airport and the breakfast is only available from 9am onwards we regretfully missed our breakfast. No attempts by the restaurant staff were made to discount our dinner. We truly felt like an imposition. The a cunzaria has a great deal of potential but it will go wayside if the caretakers do not improve greatly in offering patrons a true and vibrant vizzini experience. It is a real shame. I will not be returning.

  Perfect stay for families. Restaurant was excellent. Pool area nice. Would definitely visit again. t

  We loved the location and convince of being close to the town but out of the hustle and bustle.

  Nothing . The property was excellent.

  Bello ma non troppo

  Immersa nel verde a poca distanza dal centro steuttura accogliete lo staff pronto a trovare una soluzione ottimale per i problemi

  Steuttura che ha delle camere poco facili poco accessibili e risultano luogo angusto piccolo soffocante alla richiesta di cambiare stanza perche troppo soffocante e difficile da accendere la sera e stata trovata la soluzione oiu ampia ma con un costo certo molto gravoso
