Best location; the bus stop is 2 blocks away and you can get everywhere.

Mauro! He is the most lovely host and available for simple what’s app questions- how do I get a cab? The accommodations are perfect efficient and the best value. If u wanted to travel in northern Italy this type of place would be amazing long term 2-3 weeks. The communication help cleanliness and just a lovely restful room were very appreciated.
