Wunderschöner und authentischer Ort
Uns hat es hier sehr gut gefallen, der Garten wurde mit viel Liebe gestaltet. Giorgio ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Klimaanlage hat super funktioniert, der Deckenventilator war vor allem in der Nacht Gold wert. Die Küchenzeile ist klein, es gibt einen kleinen Kühlschrank, ein kleines Spülbecken, eine Kapselmaschine und einige Utensilien. Guter Ausgangspunkt um die (weitere) Gegend um Montepulciano zu entdecken.
Dafür kann der Gastgeber natürlich nichts, aber für uns war dieser wundervolle Garten leider nicht nutzbar - auch nicht zum Essen, da es sehr heiß war und die Mücken uns zu jeder Tageszeit dort "aufgefressen" haben. Drinnen Frühstücken ist dann etwas anstrengend, da doch alles sehr beengt ist. Zudem ist es etwas abgelegen - der Fußweg ins Stadtzentrum dauerte etwa 20 Minuten bergauf, bei knappen 40 Grad beschwerlich.

The apartment has lots of character for sure. An old pizza / bread oven in the entry hallway is impressive:) Nicely decorated place. The kitchenette is tiny but there is a fridge, a little sink, coffee machine and some utensils (no microwave or stove etc). Garden is absolutely stunning, I just wished there was a pool hah :)because during our stay was 37 degrees, so we couldn't really enjoy the outdoor environment as much as we would like. It was around 20 min walk to get to city centre.
It was all ok.
