  very charming place, original italy vibe, small town with morning church bell giving it a real autenticity.. the owner is kind and helpfull, the room has her own italian taste, which we enjoyed very much! great place to stay if you want to visit Venezia, just an hour by train..

  Everything about our stay was great! The host was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with plenty of amenities. The facility were exactly as described. The portable AC kept the room cool during the Italian summer. The apartment is a 6–10 minute walk from the train station, and check-in and check-out were quick and easy. There are also restaurants and grocery stores nearby, but be sure to check their opening hours, as some close during the afternoon. We stayed here as a base between Venice and Trieste Airport, and it was a perfect choice.

  It seems that the shower drain is easily clogged, so it may be worth checking to prevent the water from overflowing while showering.
