    Floating above history in a blissful cottage.

    We stayed in a blissful and historic 2-level private unit attached to the main building, with the canal outside and a sweet garden in the courtyard. The couple who run the inn are extremely nice and responsive. The location and interior are dreamy, as if you're transported to the Renaissance days of Brugges. We were able to park nearby without too much trouble or confusion. Our unit was so private and quiet, we wanted to stay an extra night. The bed is very comfortable and the kitchen and living room were very pleasant. The common areas were beautiful. The bathroom was clean and spacious. The breakfast is excellent. We would return anytime!

    We would have liked a coffee table in the living room. We were very happy that the managers provided us with something to abate the mosquitoes downstairs as they are pretty fierce. That was the only problem we can come up with, but there was a solution.

    I had great time in Brugges and at Barabas.

    The location is amazing, right at the canal with a gorgeous view.

    Not much, actually, I couldn't think of anything.

    Heerlijk!

    Top locatie, erg vriendelijk personeel en een erg mooi gebouw wat geschiedenis ademt.

    Het leek alsof er op sommige plaatsen in de suite een tijdje geen stof afgedaan was, vooral op de houten balken. Ik had er op voorhand niet bij stil gestaan en op zich ook geen negatief punt op de accommodatie maar 1 badkamer voor 6 volwassenen vereiste wat planning in de douchemomenten.

    Perfect base for exploring Bruges

    The B&B is gorgeous, the setting on the canal is perfect and the room was spacious and luxurious. Breakfast was lovely and the choices were excellent. Bert was a great host.
