Tolles Zimmer in besonderem Haus
Mitten in der Altstadt gelegen betritt man eine Art Herrenhaus aus einer anderen Zeit. Luca hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und zwei Stockwerke nach oben in unser Zimmer gebracht. Ein tolles, großes Zimmer mit großem Bett. Zu beachten ist, dass das Bad zwar privat für einen ist, aber auf der anderen Seite des Flures und Gäste aus dem Stockwerk obendrüber evt. vorbeilaufen. Es gibt allerdings nur zwei weitere Zimmer oben, es ist also nicht viel „Verkehr“. Das Frühstück ist eher zweckmäßig und klein, aber für eine Kleinigkeit am Morgen ok. Luca ist wahnsinnig nett und per whats App jederzeit erreichbar. Er hat Tips und Empfehlungen für seine Stadt. 🫶
Die Lage in der Altstadt bringt mit sich, dass es doch sehr, sehr laut ist. Schlafen ohne Ohrstöpsel ist fast nicht möglich, außer man stört sich wirklich gar nicht an lauten Gesprächen, Müllabfuhr, die Geräusche des Platzes bis spät nachts. Aber das hat per se nichts mit der Unterkunft zu tun.

A perfect way to enjoy Italy
It was wonderful in every way. Luca is a charming and engaging host, enthusiastic about his home and his city. The property was elegant, the roof terrace peaceful. The location could not have been better. Luca reached out ahead of time and provided excellent local advice on travel.
I advise light sleepers who go to bed early to bring ear plugs as the Osteria in the street below is lively!

Super Lage, etwas oldschool aber hat alles was man braucht. Der Betreiber ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit und kümmert sich um alles.

Excellent location in the heart of the city and wonderful host
The location is excellent, right in the city center. There's a great sandwich place just downstairs + so many options for bars/restaurants. The apartment even has a terrace on the top floor. The room was spaceous and tastefully designed, as is the entire house. The host went above and beyond to make our short stay as pleasant as possible. He recommended restaurants, things to visit, bus routes, made us breakfast and we had lovely conversations. We'd love to return!
