The property is located in a beautiful area, with lovely surroundings, and the room itself is nicely decorated. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was very disappointing. When I arrived, I found several hairs, including pubic hairs, on the bedsheets, which made me seriously question whether the bedding had been changed before our arrival. It was quite unpleasant and made me feel uncomfortable sleeping there. The bathroom mat also had a very strong, unpleasant smell, almost like sewage or something that hadn’t been properly washed. The bed linen and bathroom towels didn’t smell fresh either. Another issue was the bathroom having no door, which made things uncomfortable and offered very little privacy, especially as I was sharing the room with my son. It’s a shame because the property has a lot of potential. The surroundings are wonderful and the room is beautifully decorated, but basic hygiene and privacy should never be compromised, particularly considering the price. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the cleaning standards for future guests.

Bertem Natuur is puur genieten!
De omgeving is mooi! Mooi uitzicht en veel groen en dichtbij Leuven! Ontbijt is erg lekker, vers en gevarieerd :)
Niets! Luxe dingetje is dat we een airco miste. Het was een prima verblijf!
