    What a Wonderful Spot!

    I very much enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again. I was met by Laurence who provided everything I needed to know about the room and property, which was much appreciated. The location can't be beat with being only a couple of short blocks from the Grote Markt with easy access to all the main sites, allowing me to easily return to the room during the day as needed. The room had everything I needed for my stay and was well thought out and comfortable. This is definitely a hidden gem in Bruges.

    Great location , be aware of stairs if mobility is an issue.

    Great location a few hundred yards from Markt Square. Nicely decorated and modern

    Very steep stairs to upper floors which we missed in the property description. This was difficult for anybody with mobility issues. Perhaps the stairs could be emphasised more or included in the photos?

    Good spot, but the host ruins it all!

    Great location and perfect amount of space if you're exploring the city.

    The staff/host was very rude upon arrival to leave our bags early (after it was previously discussed). The host then demanded that the city tax be paid in cash and that they had no knowledge of electronic payments of any sort. They were very rude while trying to get a hold of them and did not make much of an effort to get back to me after providing all of my contact info. I would not recommend and I would nkt stay again.

    B & B Callis

    Our host was amazing, so helpful. Provided alot of additional extras such as the use of the kitchen, booking a taxi for us and plenty of helpful information. Our room was beautiful and so comfortable. We were just a short walk from everything. Highly recommend B&B Calis
