The staff, location and views from the balcony for breakfast. And having a fan in the room.

Up 6 flights of stairs, very poor lighting in stairway at night, not clear upon entrance where to go. Elevator very slow, had to carry bags. Not many protein options for breakfast

Great place at a great value.

The lodging is just a block from the Arezzo train station, where we were meeting a tour group the next morning. so very convenient. Also a short walk to the historic hilltop area with shops, cafes and restaurants. A supermarket is next door. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included and quite good.

Molto accogliente e pulita, staff molto cordiale e disponibile. Ottima la posizione, in pochi minuti si arriva a piedi in pieno centro. Magnifico il terrazzo dove abbiamo potuto fare la prima colazione
