Speechless - Never again this location
Die Lage ist das einzig positive - Innenstadt ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Das Zimmer war eng, dunkel und sehr feucht, was wir leider erst am zweiten Tag festgestellt haben, als wir in ein klammes Bett liegen mussten und gesehen haben, dass unsere Kleider alle klamm(feucht) sind. Das Frühstück verdient den Namen nicht und bestand aus abgepacktem Gebäck (2 Stück) und zwei Marmeladen wohl bemerkt für 2 Personen. Es wurde bei unserer Ankunft für den nächsten Tag bereits am Zimmer bereitgestellt!! Personal haben wir die ganze Zeit nicht mehr gesehen - es wurde auch kein Zimmerservice gemacht und auch kein neues Frühstück am zweiten Tag serviert. Wir sind einen Tag früher abgereist, da wir unsere Gesundheit massiv gefährdet sahen aufgrund der hohen Luftfeuchtigkeit im Raum. Nach über 40 Jahren Hotelerfahrung, war das eines unserer schlimmsten Erlebnisse!

Amazing value for money stay in Lucca
The location is fantastic: just outside the old city walls, few minutes walk to the historic centre. The fact that it comes with parking and breakfast for this price, makes it even better value. The staff: both the owner and the maid, were very courteous and helpful.
The bathroom stayed damp all the time and therefore, the towels wouldn’t dry. However, the staff replaced the towels when we asked for it.

Great location, lovely location but not perfect
Excellent location close to the city walls and free car parking. The staff, Samantha, and the owner were both lovely.
We had two rooms. Room 3 was a twin room and the layout was poor making it difficult to access our cases and keep things tidy. Also the bathroom was along a short corridor which went passed an office which meant was neither private nor convenient. Room 2 was much better although our friend found the ensuite too compact to be comfortable.
