    Great place to stay in Florence.

    Everything was great! The room was beautiful, location excellent, breakfast and drinks provided. Staff was welcome and really accommodating. I have some mobility issues, but the location made it easy to walk to many museums, restaurants, and shops. Plus the view of the Duomo and piazza from the room was terrific. Love this place! Highly recommend.

    Beautiful location with a large room and modern bath. Perfect for active, on the go visitors.

    We had a direct view of the Duimo from out Juliet balcony on the second floor. It was lovely to have a door to open to feel the fresh air and sounds of the bustling square. It was very quiet at night so sleep was not interrupted. Management provided us with packed lunches for an all day excursion we had planned and the day of our very early departure. It was very thoughtful!

    The stairs and carrying our luggage down on departure. A small inconvenience for our visit.

    Maravilhoso

    O quarto era extremamente limpo, amplo e bem organizado. O atendimento foi excepcional, o café da manhã era ótimo e a localização excelente. Vi algumas reclamações sobre barulho, mas depois das 22h diminui muito e não me incomodou. A vista da janela é incrível! Valeu muito a pena!
